AC/Heat Pumps in unit with 3 different remotes for climate control satisfaction. Complex has a gaming area, small gym, and coin operated washers and dryers to use.
Great location right on East Grand Ave. Pier area is 1/4 of a mile. Lots of shops and other food places along the way. Comes with 2 parking spots. More spots available nearby with paid public parking.

Summary: Spacious, bright, clean, well equipped and great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the pier if that. Beach access right across the street. Loved the two dedicated parking spots. Didn’t move the whole time! Would recommend. Our party of six had a fantastic stay.
